Last month we experienced our worst nightmare – our old phone system died! Luckily, I was referred to DS1 by a friend of mine who had purchased a system from them. I called the owner, David, and asked him to give me a price for an Avaya IP Office. He showed up at my office within 2 hours of my call! He told me he could hear the panic in my voice and he came over as soon as he could. Anyway, he recommended an NEC phone system over the Avaya IP Office after our brief discussion. He told me that I would be saving over $2,000 by going with the NEC plus it came with a Five Year Warranty! That was music to my ears… I would save money and get a long warranty, that was an easy decision to make. I wrote him a check for the deposit and he returned to my office 1 hour later to put in the system! We found DS1’s website online through a Google search when our phone system’s paging stopped working. The owner, David showed up at our door within 1 hour of my phone call! He diagnosed the problem to be with the paging unit’s power supply. The next day he showed up with a new power supply and was able to get the paging working again. He also alerted us to the problem on our phone system of poor call quality on due to the voice over IP cutting off the calls. He proposed a new digital phone system that was very affordable and we hired him to install it the following week. He was able to complete the installation after business hours and we received extensive training the next morning. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the great service that David’s company provides! Highly recommended and use us a a referral anytime!
